A Licensed Realtor in DC and Virginia, Suellen has had a lifetime of experience in real estate. She was raised in real estate by her British grandfather who was a developer in London, Great Britain, and Costa del Sol, Spain. Suellen grew up cleaning flats, building walls, doing maintenance, painting, decorating and tending to clients’ needs. In the U.S. in the 1980’s, she gravitated toward real estate purchasing, renovating and managing 20 of her own properties. Suellen has lived and worked in the Washington, DC area since 1995 and in 2000, started her professional career in real estate here. “The Metropolitan DC area is an amazing place,” she says. “As home of the Federal Government , it has a long and exciting history, and the rich cultural background offers a wide variety of communities, from international, mixed ethnic to suburban; and just an hour away, coastal, horse country and mountain living.”
Every time the phone rings Suellen personally responds to each call. She welcomes the new challenge and opportunity it brings, asking “What can I do to help?” Buying, renting, selling, building, whether residential or commercial real estate, is important and stressful.
